  They are not interested in eye care. Only interested is selling poor quality glasses. Mine fell apart after only 6 weeks and the inefficient manager failed to return them for repair in a timely manner. Also, when presenting with an eye problem, manager stated that optician unable to provide help...again, they only want to sell glasses. Board outside shop advertises glasses for £39.....this is a joke and something Trading Standards should look into as the offer would only suit a small minority of customers. There are better opticians providing a full range of services in Monmouth and surrounding area.
